Why the eclectic mix of topics?
Sometimes I write to answer questions that 'the Internet is asking' (terms that people search for, for which there is no answer). Sometimes I write about topics that interest me, and those could be just about anything, from the geekiest to the most blatantly populist. Finally, and bearing in mind my career, I also sometimes write about product and project management, marketing, business analysis, customer service, usability and social media.
