Yes, people send mails in about being hacked, but even contacting hotmail is of no help once you have been hacked, as you will see if you read all the posts in here from other people. You can only get yourself another email address. I have an MSN address which has never been hacked but its not my main one and isn't used much, that's ptobably why no one has hacked it! I have Google Mail and Yahoo Mail which I use a lot,and have never been hacked. Also the ones given to you by your internet provider are usually the safest. So it's a very serious issue and I lost my hotmail account of 14 years since 1998 I had it and now it's hacked... this really sucks!!
