I was looking at usability companies in the UK for a client, and decided to venture out beyond the usual suspects to see who else is out there, so I looked at Google Adwords for “usability UK”, and clicked on this one:
And this is what I got:
Not a good result for a usability company. I’m sure it’s just a technical glitch, but they came right off my list.
